We have been in Mississippi now for over two months! We've been so busy that time has just flown by. We got here and got settled as quickly as we could, and then enjoyed a wonderful few weeks in Utah with family. We got back here and jumped right in to swimming lessons, church callings, setting up our house, and making friends.
We love our home and feel like it will be a good place for us for the next two years. I tried to get everything organized and put together as quickly as I could so we could move on to other things!
Mississippi is very green and hot and humid! We've had a few intense storms and lots of rain. Everyone we have met has been super friendly and we really like the area.
We have already visited Louisiana, Alabama, and Florida! We are so close to the beach and lots of other fun things. Joseph is really busy with his residency, but we are figuring out our new normal and I'm sure we will be very happy here. Matthew & Anna start school tomorrow, so our busy summer is coming to an end. We are looking forward to this new adventure for our family!
