Tiny Clothes

I've been sewing a lot the past few weeks. It all started when my mom showed up with stacks of beautiful fabric and tiny dress patterns.
We used these free patterns that we found online, and then made up some of our own, too. Most things were a bit too small or a bit too big, but by the end we got it about right. I've had to stop myself from making any more teeny clothes. She's growing fast, so I'll save some fabric for the next bigger size.

Cat, these are gorgeous! I especially love the green one with the litte ruffle in front. Good work. Where did your mom get her fabric?

Wow, you are amazing Catlin! I love them all. I didn't know you liked sewing clothes so much. I hope to do a little someday when I get a decent sewing machine, but I don't know if they'll turn out as good as yours. Here are some amazing sewing blogs that I think you'll like. These moms sew a lot of their kids clothes:

this one has some great tutorials for boys and girls clothes and she has some awesome ideas on how to turn adult shirts (tank tops, mens shirts, etc.) into kids clothes. She even made her daughters swimming suit! http://www.dana-made-it.com/2009/08/otter-pop-dots.html

Enjoy!
